1. UK SHIPPING COSTS
Here’s the breakdown:

Orders under £75: £8.99 shipping

Orders £75 or more: FREE shipping 🎉
Note: Some bulky or awkward items incur a surcharge:

£5 per 50L soil bag
-
£15 for large tents, trays, 6ft poles, etc.

£2.50 per extra 5KG of Coco bricks (over 15KG)

Items requiring a pallet: from £60 per pallet
If you’re located in the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, or similar, a flat £27 charge applies, plus any surcharges. These will be automatically calculated at checkout.
1.1 Missed Deliveries / Return to Sender
If your parcel is returned to us because:

You didn’t collect it
-
You weren’t in

You didn’t respond to the courier
You will:

Not be refunded your original shipping cost

Be charged for the courier’s return fee
We’ll either:

Resend – you pay all shipping fees again

Refund – minus courier charges and a 15% admin/restocking fee
Please track your parcel and ensure someone’s available to receive it—or that it’s collected promptly.
2. UK SHIPPING TIMES
We typically dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, using next-day delivery for mainland UK. Remote areas like the Scottish Highlands may take 2 working days.
Occasionally, delays happen due to stock availability, courier issues, holidays, or busy periods. Please allow up to 5 working days before following up.
Need it urgently or want Saturday delivery? Call us on 01256 884 152 and we’ll do our best to assist.
2.1 Previous Courier Instructions
If you’ve ever told a courier to “leave it in the shed/porch/bushes,” that instruction may remain on your file.
We’re not liable for any loss, damage, or theft due to these delivery preferences. If you want to override a previous instruction, contact us in advance.
2.2 Failed Deliveries
If your parcel is returned to us because of:

Incorrect/incomplete delivery info

Failure to collect or respond to the courier
You’ll:

Be charged return courier fees

Only receive a partial refund, minus shipping, return costs, and a 15% admin fee

3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
3.1 Do You Ship Abroad?
Yes – we ship worldwide 🌍

You’ll be responsible for paying local taxes, duties, and customs charges upon delivery
We ship in good faith, but if customs rejects or returns your order, it’s your responsibility. Make sure you know what’s permitted in your country.
3.2 International Shipping Costs
Our system isn’t perfect yet. EU shipping usually starts at €35–€45, but if it’s higher, we’ll send you a quote:

3.3 Delivery Time Estimates

3.4 Customs & VAT
You are responsible for:

We don’t know what specific documentation your country requires—please check with your local customs office before ordering.
3.5 If You Don’t Pay Customs Fees
If you refuse to pay customs fees:

Your parcel may be returned or destroyed

If returned to us, your refund will exclude:

Original shipping

Return courier fees

A 15% admin/restocking fee

If destroyed or lost – no refund
We know it’s strict, but fair.
3.6 Faulty Products (International Orders)
If a product is faulty and you’re overseas:

You cover return and replacement shipping costs in both directions
